1 A pig in a poke
Posted by Julie Lucas on Oct 25th 2024
The product never arrived. Fed Ex left another package at my door and my product was left at another house. The culprit never returned it and Best Buy did not send me another one. I am very upset about this.

5 I got it for $20 and it's amazing!

I still cannot believe I got this thing for $20. This has to be the best thing at this price. I am a morning coffee person but I also do not have a hundreds of dollars to spend on a Keurig machine. This is perfect, does the job well, and the steamer is definitely the best thing, gives you a perfect cappuccino at home. I would highly recommend this product even when it is 40-50 dollars, really worth the price.

1 Very dangerous
Posted by Steven Martin on Oct 10th 2024
The machine blew up on the very first time used. Glass and metal flew all over the kitchen. I was getting milk from the refrigerator and that is why i was not hurt. I had to throw out the machine pieces. I called Best Buy to tell them about it and they said to bring in the machine for an exchange. Not anything I would want to try again and called to warn them about the product.

4 Compact and Simple
Posted by Renee Mayo on Oct 7th 2024
User error on my part probably played into the difficulties I had with this espresso maker. I have never owned one before. The machine itself is very simple. There’s only 1 knob that toggles between off, brew, and steam/foam. But right off the bat I had a really difficult time attaching the Filter Basket Holder to the Espresso Maker’s Brew Head. Turning it so as to lock it into place tight enough to create the pressure needed for espresso was very difficult. Practice helped and I was finally able to lock and unlock the Filter Basket Holder successfully, although I have to cradle the machine against my body to do it! Eventually though, I was able to brew a very nice cup of espresso. The cappuccino function challenged me as well. The glass carafe is clearly marked as to how much water to add - for espresso or for cappuccino, which is a little more to allow for the Steam Wand to externally steam heat and froth milk. After the espresso had brewed I toggled the dial to the steam setting but nothing happened. I added an additional steaming measure of water and toggled the switch back on, and sure enough the steaming and frothing of the milk began. The instructions say to just allow the tip of the Steam Wand to penetrate the milk in the external container. But once the frothing starts, it’s impossible to see the top of the milk and it really became a guessing game. I was able eventually to get some nice thick milk froth that I spooned onto the top of the espresso combined with the warmed milk created below the frothing. Clean up was very easy as all the loose parts are washable or you can just run a batch of plain water through the machine following the same instructions you would use for brewing espresso or cappuccino. I think anyone who has used one of these machines before will have a much shorter learning curve than me. The machine is compact and extremely simple. The process of brewing espresso just takes some practice!

1 Bella sells ok products: bad customer service.
Posted by Maria Curry on Oct 5th 2024
Own Bella brand products and they are ok: quality. Be aware that Bella customer service is a jocke. Got my machine shipped and notice that is missing a stainless cap and the end of the coffee cup i call Bella silcking a replacement for that part and they just send me back to best buy. What a jocke of a company bestbuy price today is more than what i pay. Cheap product and poor quality control. I just, hope it dosent break fast.

3 Step backwards for Bella pro series
Posted by Heather Bailey on Oct 2nd 2024
Im a fan of Bella, great espresso products. However, this latest iteration is a step back in progress. Holds less water & strange choice to put both controls on one side=awkward handling. Now plastic filter-holder instead of metal? No steamer-stem cap? & Too much steam escapes from machine at end of coffee drip. Older models were better. Still great espresso though.
