4 It does a good job of cleaning.

This does a decent job...for what it is. If I could change a few things, it'd use a microfiber cloth instead of a terry cloth. I'd also have the water heat up a bit more, it does a good job with steam, but you won't see the steam coming out the sides as if it were a more powerful (and $$$) steamer. I use it to steam clean my wood floors every few months. I feel better using the steam to disinfect my floors. For the price, I'd say this does what it's supposed to. It's not going to get deeper into the floor and help really remove the dirt that gets into the cracks and crevices.

A vacuum steam mop is the best invention. Saves me so much time in cleaning floors. Only wish they had mop pads with scrubbing bristles for the extra dirty floors

Great vacuum, steam function works perfectly, it can only use the suction effectively in one directional pattern, other than that great item!

I love how easy it is to vacuum and mop at once. However, the steam clean does not get the floors as clean as my steamer does and the steam function is difficult to use. The handle must be squeezed but it is very hard to squeeze. Anyone with carpal tunnel, tendinitis, or arthritis may have a hard time with this.

It does the job. The only thing is that when you use both the vacuum and steam mop at the same time the pet accumulates in the front where the brushes are. Also because the pad is back a little it does reach all the way the front of the vacuum. But otherwise I am happy with it.
