5 Perfect for Cakes
Posted by Raymond Johnson on Nov 20th 2024
I'm a senior and this is my first hand mixer. As I get older, hard to carry the full size heavy mixer. So I've been beating cake mixes by hand for years but noticed they don't raise like they use to. It's been wonderful using my new KitchenAid 5 Speed Hand Mixer. Easier on my wrist and the cakes are no longer flat. The cakes raise and seem lighter. I did try to make buttercream frosting and it did the job, but it was harder and took longer. I will probably get out the full size KitchenAid in the future. Easy to figure out which beater goes in which hole since there is a pic on mixer where you pop in the beater. I purchased this on sale.

5 My KitchenAid Petite Mixer
Posted by Matthew Rivera on Nov 18th 2024
This is my best baking buddy for small jobs! I have a big KitchenAid mixer for the bigger jobs but this I use because it's lightweight, doesn't take much counter space, and is so easy to use. I highly recommend this for those quick jobs.

5 Light weight but powerful mixer
Posted by Gary Nelson on Nov 3rd 2024
I had a very inexpensive hand mixer and decided to upgrade. After reading the reviews I choose the Kitchen Aid plus it matched my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I was surprised at how light the hand mixer felt when I took it out of the box. After the first use, what a difference! It has the power to mix heavier dough and also to whip egg whites. The beaters are east to clean due to the wires not being so close together and batter stays in the pan and not all over the beaters. I am very pleased with my Kitchen Aid hand mixer
