When it was functioning properly, it was a great machine. However the cleaning cycle takes 75 minutes, you need vinegar, and you can't skip it and make coffee and clean it later. It will not work in any capacity until you clean it. I have had mine less than a year and it is not overheating, mangling the K cups and producing less coffee than it should it all the settings. I am getting like a tiny amount of coffee from the 18 oz setting. I have other Ninja products that work great so not sure if this one just tries to do too much or I got a lemon.

After dealing with our Keurig for so long, we decided to switch to this Ninja and we are completely satisfied! The ease of use and thoughtfulness in the design makes this easier and more versatile to use. The water tank has a handle for easy refilling, the volume selection provides way more options depending on how much coffee we want to brew and so far, it has brewed a perfect cup every time. This is a must have for anyone who cares about coffee.

works like a charm. flexibility is the key. fairly easy to use. does take some getting used to, as assembly is not obvious.

Worked perfect for a month or so now the water doesn't get hot.

The coffee pot is clogged internally and no longer pumps water into the boiler inside. Ive only had it 1 year. It’s not something I would recommend

I bought a new unit, brought it home, and right out of the box it had an error message that would not go away. I called Ninja support, and after confirming that the unit was not a working unit, they got my name and address and sent me a complete new unit. I had to wait a few days, but the new unit works great and I am enjoying the new mode. I had an older model for at least 6 years that I enjoyed previously. This is handy because it also uses K-cups if I wish to do so. I am happy with this purchase.

I love this coffee maker and I use it all day long every day. The small footprint is a bonus making it easier to place on the countertop. I started out just brewing regular ground coffee into my 12oz mug so I'm not using the decanter. For me a 12oz cup of coffee takes 4 minutes. Then I started using the k-cup adapter which only takes 90 seconds to complete for a 8oz cup. The design makes it super simple to switch between the cups and ground coffee plus it has an attachment holder on the back for you to store it on. I also like how once you set the brew size it follows that size no matter how much water is in the tank. Now I can just fill up the tank and brew multiple cups of coffee before refilling it again. Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would.

Love this product. I can enjoy making 1 cup at a time or a whole carafe. Easy to operate and fills my travel mug quickly before my morning commute to work. Perfect for k-cups or koffie grounds.
