I replaced my 3.5 cubic LG front loader with this Samsung washer. I hated the mold that grew in the front loader and it always had a smell to it no matter much I cleaned it. I am so happy I got this washer. It is so much bigger. It doesn’t smell and clothes come and very clean. I also like active water jet feature. Nice upgrade. Lots of bells and whistles without going overboard.

Much more capacity than any other washer I’ve owned. Example, I was able to wash a queen sheet set & the mattress topper in one load with over crowding. So far so good.

Great washer. It has plenty of bells and whistles, plus it works like a champ. It can hold a lot of clothes and handles the bigger loads no problem. I replaced my older front load LG washer (which was a lot smaller, and broke after five years) and plan on buying the matching dryer this year as well. Very pleased with this washer. I would recommend to others. FYI, I have only used this for a month. You can still tell it’s a quality washer, but things eventually have issues. I will write an update at six months.

This washer looks fancy and has huge capacity, but that all goes for nothing when it doesn't wash the clothes you put in it. That washer DOES NOT have the ability to pull the actual clothes under the water. They just sit on top of the water with an air bubble in them and get half washed. The wimpy jets and weak churning motion of the tub does nothing to actually pull the clothes under the water to wash them. VERY Disappointed in this washer for $800 it should be able to wash one jacket or small throw blanket. Unfortunately, it cannot. I tried all different cycles and even put it on deep water setting for one jacket and wasted a ton of water just to see if it would submerge and wash the coat. NOPE! Attached a GIF of the washer cycling with jacket just sitting on top doing nothing. This was on a Heavy Wash cycle with deep fill option selected. It was only ONE coat in washer, this washer just cant do it. Horrible.

So I’ve only had this washing machine for a few days but I absolutely love it! My favorite feature is the water jet feature that allows you to pre-treat clothes. So when I need to pay special attention to armpit areas or a particular stain, I can do that right from this washing machine. A little back story. We bought an LG back in 2015, it clunked out on us in August. We got an open box Maytag and immediately noticed the same day it wasn’t agitating. Went back and bought a new Maytag and the agitator stopped working exactly 2 weeks after purchasing. I was hot! School was starting and we are a family of 6. I saw this one and exchanged it. Back to the washer. I have caught up on 12 loads of clothes and they are clean and exactly what I expect out of a washer. It can handle heavy items like blankets and jeans with no problem. The tune that plays at the end to let you know that it’s complete is just an added bonus. I posted on Facebook, about my happiness when the washer was delivered. A school friend replied that she bought the same set and she loves it as well. I hope that this continues to work as expected for many years.

We recently purchased a new home, and we needed a washer and dryer; we settled on the Samsung 5.0 cu.ft. models, and we weren't disappointed. There are options for any sort of load that you need to do, and the settings are highly customizable if there isn't a particular set that fits your needs. The operation is simple, the installation is easy, and the cycles are very quiet. It is a little on the expensive side, but it is well worth it.

I love this machine and have had no issues with it working at all. The cycles are easy to understand and everything is pretty standard as far as types of loads. It is a very deep tub but that is good in my opinion. The sound it makes when the wash is done is weird but not unpleasant. I am very pleased with this purchase.
