5 Lightweight and self emptying-vacuum!
Posted by Andrew Finley on Dec 4th 2024
The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacumm with All-In-One Clean Station is different than any other vacuums I have owned. Right out of the box, the vacuum was easy to assemble. What comes in the box is the vaccuum, the clean station, battery, 3 dust bags, and the combination crevice tool. One thing that I like over the my my previous vacuum is that this sits on the floor in the all-in-one cleaning station. It is lightweight and so easyt o access. My other vacuum was bolted to the wall and was a bit heavier - so it was awkward to lift up and off the wall. This is much easier and does't take up much more room. The vaccuum itself is only 6 lbs. It has a telescopic pipe that allows you to change the length the vacuum pole. I didn't realize this at first and I thought it was made for shorter people. LOL I have two dogs that shed like crazy and it works great to grab and vacuum up the dog hair. You can them press the button on the clean station to empty the bin. The vacuum runs in 4 different modes - including jet mode, Max, Mid and Min. It only comes with two attachments. They are used to get in corners or for dusting and picking up dirt from furniture and hard surfaces. They can easily be attached to the short end of the vacuum or the long pole. The dustbin is washable. It is quieter and lighter than my vacuum of similar price. I would recommend this vacuum!

5 Excellent Vac from the Bespoke Lineup
Posted by Michael Sanchez on Dec 3rd 2024
Honestly for being a stick vac, this Samsung looks kinda like a crazy work of art. Very nice and well built and aesthetically pleasing. The All-In-One Clean Station is a great complement to the vacuum and gets the job done. In the box came with the vac, all-in-one station, 1 battery, telescopic pipe, Jet Dual brush, combination tool and the crevice tool. The station also came with a preinstalled dust bag ready to go for you and 3 more bags in the box for future use. There are also some things that are optional but I would have loved to see included in the box like the Accessory Cradle (nothing to knock a star off for). The 2 attachments that come with it are just going to have to find a place to be stored. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience none the less. A couple of other options I do plan on getting in the future would be the Pet Tool and the Spray Spinning Sweeper as I have not only hardwood but tile flooring. Performance is second to none. Compared to other stick vacs I have used, this is relatively light-weight. The handle is not cramped even for my big hands. The digital display is great for battery information, maintenance reminders like cleaning the filter and also warnings like if there is something obstructing the brushes. My home has carpet, wood and tile flooring and it is great that the included Jet Dual Brush can easily tackle all of it without the need of changing brushes. Samsung states that a fully charged battery can do up to 1 hour of cleaning and the digital display also tells me that but that is if you are using it on the lowest setting. I changed to mid and high and got 24min and 12 min respectively. There is even a higher setting called Jet that showed 8 minutes but I think that's for more spot cleaning. Battery does take about ~3 - 3.5hrs to fully charge and the display will let you know the % and the colors will change when done. I did take advantage of the telescopic pipe and LOVE it. Being 6ft, there are a lot of vacs that are a set height and bending over a lot while cleaning isn't a pleasant experience. I was fully comfortable the whole time. I combined the pipe fully extended with the combination tool (the bristles were rather soft) and used it to clean super high hard to reach spots like windows and ceiling corners for those annoying webs of dust and whatnots. Another benefit of the interchangeable parts is not using the pipe and directly connecting the tools to the vac itself and cleaning smaller areas like (for me) a computer desk area or even my car. The canister has a full line so keep an eye on that to make sure it doesn't hamper with performance. The All-In-One Station is excellent for storage, charging and cleaning. With a touch of a button it will empty the canister on the vac and put all the debris into the attached bag if you don't want to empty it yourself. Cleaning is a breeze as most of the parts are washable. They detach from each other rather easily and assembly is the same. The roller is also removable with a touch of a button for easy maintenance. I consider myself lucky as no one in my household has long hair as I can see it being a nightmare for some. Samsung made an incredible stick vacuum with the station. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market. To me, there are just 2 things to make sure you know what you are getting. 1st Samsung shows off the Vac with multitudes of attachments and what it CAN do, but most likely not what you WILL do. As stated above, there are a few things that are actually optional attachments that must be purchased separately. The 2nd is the "All-In-One" Clean Station. It's named all in one, but yet cannot hold the 2 additional attachments it comes with. I would have thought it being named that....well you know.....you could store it on there somehow. Instead you need to purchase the accessory cradle separately. These 2 gripes aren't enough to warrant a star being knocked off as the vac and station itself are amazing on their own.

4 Look Great Anywhere and works too.
Posted by Diana Johnson on Nov 18th 2024
10/10 for design. I’ve never wanted my vacuums in plain sight before and always hid them in closets. However, this has really changed the game. It’s beautifully designed and it’s barely noticeable. It’s not the first thing I notice upon entering the room. 10/10 for self cleaning. I love that I no longer have to empty the dustbin manually and instead can place it onto its cradle, press a button and voila, all the dirt and dust is gone. It has different speeds/suction power, from min to a high suction “jet”. This self cleaning feature is so great. It’s so easy to clean that it isn’t even a hassle to stop and place on cradle to clean out dirt and get right back to cleaning. The cradle has some weight to it which keeps everything stable, but the vacuum itself is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has no cords to get in the way. The wand telescopes to a longer length for taller people, such as myself, and harder to reach places. A couple things I’ve noticed and could be improved upon are: 1. The button that detaches the vacuum brush head from the wand is difficult to do with just your foot, so you have to bend down to detach it when you want to quickly use the wand for corners, baseboards and such. 2. The battery definitely does not give you anywhere near 60 mins of runtime. Not ever. It has been at 100% charged before each use. I’ve used it on min power mostly and the most time that’s given is 42 mins. I’m not sure what tests they’ve used to come up with that number but it doesn’t exist from my testing and results. Also, as you increase suction power, the runtime is significantly reduced. Mid ~ 24 mins, Max ~ 14 mins, jet ~ 9 mins runtime. 3. The battery loses charge quickly. On one test I kept it in place, didn’t vacuum anything, allowed it to fully determine runtime on min power and when that popped up, I shut it off. It went from 100% to 97% in less than a minute. 4. On min power, the suction is ok, not great. It misses some small particles here and there. Great on dust bunnies and webs. Basically anything that has no weight to it. On mid power, it’s much better picking up what “min” missed. Max power would be where a corded vacuum starts at, but remember shorter run time. And Jet power, well it does suck the dirt out of the hardest to clean places. It is super powerful, just sad that it doesn’t run long enough to really get tons of use from it. So be strategic. 5. There should be an indicator on the screen that lets us know that it has automatically detected a carpet versus a hard floor. Since there is no button or option to change from carpet to hard floor. It was difficult for me to push the vacuum on carpet when in the more powerful modes. But easy to maneuver on the lower “min/mid” modes. The spinning brush doesn’t stop, which doesn’t bother me, but for some people with certain types of rugs, it may. The brush is super soft, in fact the softest of any vacuum I’ve owned, but it’s also removable. I don’t know if it operates without the brush head as I haven’t tried to vacuum without it. It comes with 7 dust bags that easily slides in and out of the vacuum cradle. One is already pre-installed out of the box. They are good sizes. I just hope that the vacuum will indicate when it’s time to change out the bag in the cradle, so it doesn’t pop from over stuffing with dirt. I’ve found that this cordless vacuum has allowed me to get the task done much faster than when I’m using a corded vacuum. I’ve always steered away from cordless because of reviews on lack of power, or smaller dust bins, until now. It is a good vacuum, even with the battery life shortcomings it has very good suction, especially on the more powerful settings. I haven’t had to recharge in the middle of my task, as yet. But I also didn’t have to vacuum the entire house in one go. Just a few rooms and common areas. If you have a much larger home, or planning on vacuuming all rooms at once, you may have to recharge. It’s also great for quick cleans. I found myself reaching for this before thinking of getting my corded vacuum. Definitely a great addition to my space.

5 Beautiful look and lots of great features
Posted by Ms. Carol Nelson on Nov 8th 2024
If there was ever a luxury cordless stick vacuum, this has to be it. One look will tell you this vacuum is different. In it's normal position, you would be hard pressed to even recognize it as a vacuum. The stand itself is really unique and with the brushed gold trim, it looks like a nice piece of modern art. This machine is designed to sit out in the open where it can be admired, not hidden in a dark closet. Alright it looks good. But there's a lot of features included that make this vacuum a winner all the way around. For starters, it's incredibly powerful and versatile. There are four power levels to choose from, MIN, MID MAX and JET. Samsung claims up to 60 minute battery time, but there's certainly a big caveat here. As you might expect, that would only be on the MIN setting and on top of that, it's without a motorized tool attached. The higher the suction level, the lower the battery life. I can say that using it on MIN is sufficient for normal cleaning of hard floors. At this level, it will easily pick up crumbs and debris and have plenty of power to spare. If you want to use it on carpet, you may need to bump up the power some, so if you have a lot of carpet in your home, your battery life will certainly vary compared with a home that only has hard floors. Which ever level you choose, it does clean very well. Personally, I prefer the lower speed as I think it works best on hard floors (which is primarily where we use it). Even at the lowest speed this machine has amazing suction. It will even pick up debris along the side of the brush head. It easily goes from hard floors to door mats to carpet. The nice thing about the spin brush is that you don't need to change it if you want to vacuum a different floor type. This brush is good for both hard floors and carpet, so no need to stop and swap. It's also light weight and very maneuverable. The filtration system is pretty elaborate. Looking at Samsung's filtration graphic, it outlines 5 different levels. They start out by separating the large particles out, then progressively filter smaller and smaller particles until you get down to the micro filter and fine dust filters. Once you're done vacuuming and return it to it's cradle for charging, you have the choice of using the Clean Station feature. If you want to empty the onboard dust cup on the vacuum, all you need to do it press the button on the top front of the charging stand. This starts up the powerful vacuum in the charging stand to empty out the dust cup automatically. It opens the bottom door of the dust cup and sucks out all the particles that you've picked up, into a dust bag that's located in the base. In addition to that, the base filters the air output from the suction motor keeping your home free of any particles that might otherwise have been able to escape. There's a filter under the dust bag that catches particles as well as a fine dust filter located at the very bottom of the base unit. Each can be removed and cleaned. This feature works remarkably well and leaves the dust cup very clean and dust free. As far as the operation goes, you remove the vacuum from the base unit and close the bottom dust cup door if it's open (from previously pressing the clean button to empty the vacuum). You can extend the tube if needed and press the center button on the top to start it. The plus and minus buttons on either side are used to ramp up or down the power level. The display on top will show the suction power you've chosen and the run time you have left. When on the charging base, it will show the charge percentage. There are also error notifications and a notification of when to clean the micro filter. You can also set the display language it shows. There's also an indicator bar on the battery that lets you see the charging status by color. This is easy to see and faces the front. A lot of vacuums are difficult to take apart and clean but that's not the case with the Bespoke Jet. You can remove the dust cup from the vacuum and separate it into several parts for easy cleaning, all of which can be washed with water. On the base unit, flip the front section down to reveal the dust bag. This can be easily pulled out and disposed of when full. My vacuum came with a dust bag installed and six extra ones as well. These can be purchased separately when needed. Under the dust bag is another removable filter assembly that can be shaken out to remove any dust. At the very bottom of the base unit there's also a fine dust bin that can be removed and emptied. The Jet Dual spin brush can also be easily removed with just a button push. You can do whatever is necessary to remove what's on the brush, and then just slide it back into place. You get two accessories with this vacuum, a combination tool and an extension crevice tool. The crevice tool has a telescoping feature that extends the length of the tool. While these tools are nice, there are a host of other tools that do not come with this particular model. The flexible tool, the spray spinning sweeper tool, an extra battery, the pet tool, the slim action tool and the accessory cradle. So, you'll need to store the combination tool and the extension crevice tool in the dark closet you used to keep your vacuum in, because there is nowhere to store them on the base unit. To be fair, the other tools that aren't included are pretty specialized, and if you feel you would benefit from them they are available for purchase separately along with an extra battery. Personally, I think what you get with this model is just fine. This is after all a stick vac. We use ours for cleaning our hardwood floors and quick cleanups after meals, etc.. Really, what you're paying for is the quality technology of the vacuum itself, the self emptying base and the really great look that allows you to put this vacuum in a convenient room without it looking like the vacuum it is. Nicely done Samsung.

4 Elegant Vacuum with Potential
Posted by Michael Phillips on Nov 5th 2024
The Bespoke Jet is an elegantly designed cordless stick vacuum from Samsung for those who want a bold look and a functional charging base. It excels at cleaning all types of floors and carpet heights with the dual brush floor attachment and gives Dyson a run for its money. I admire the hybrid contemporary modern design language meshing form with function in an aesthetically pleasing way. The white and gold color scheme fits into my modern kitchen since the vacuum/base isn't an eyesore; I don't need to hide it in a closet anymore, and it doesn't need to be near a trash can for emptying. Construction is solid but made of much plastic, which is typical nowadays. This is evolving nicely but still needs more refinement to the design. Function and performance are all highlighted below. The vacuum comes well-packaged and essentially pre-assembled, making this easy to set up and use. In the box, you will receive the vacuum, the base with two attachments, the wand with a dual brush floor attachment, seven base vacuum bags, and a single battery. Remove the base, vacuum, and attachments, plug it in, peel stickers and tape, charge, and you are all set. When resting on the base station, the vacuum charges when aligned on charge pins. The canister can clear itself on the base with a button press, clearing itself into a vacuum bag below. The exhaust system goes through a five-stage HEPA filtration, further reducing dust and allergens expelled. Everything works perfectly and powerfully as it should, but we will dive deeper into some quality-of-life annoyances I ran across. My main complaint with the design is the round base and how it is top-heavy, leading it to be bumped into and falling over. This did NOT happen, but I can see it happening if you have toddlers who like running around and climbing on things. Ensure they avoid this as it could fall on them, and who knows what would happen to the all-plastic build. The overall design is excellent, but fashion was chosen over form with this design. The canister is WAAAAY smaller than most, so you must empty it more frequently with its .2 gal capacity. I am particularly NOT fond of how you dock this to charge and empty it. Hanging from the back of the base instead of the front of the machine when charging isn't intuitive and feels backward. The design was forced due to the canister placement for self-empty capability. Eventually, I will get used to this, but it is just weird to hang for charging. Another design flaw is the canister door stays open after emptying. Other AIO base stations I own automatically close the door after emptying and are always ready. There is also no ability to charge an extra battery, so you will be limited to charging when not in use. You can dock with all included attachments connected EXCEPT the combo tool, which you must remove to charge the vacuum, which is a HUGE FAIL. There is no place to hang or clip the two base attachments onto either the base or the floor tool, which is annoying when you need to switch. I have other vacuums with all-in-one base stations with storage inside, so you do not have to see them or buy an additional accessory caddy. At this price point, I expect not to have to pay for a place to put two attachments. Another solution could be a snap-on holder that goes onto the telescoping rod. There is an LED I find annoying and cheapens the look. In my opinion, the LED isn't necessary with the inclusion of the OLED to relay exact battery life, and there is no way to turn off the amber or green lights! Finally, Samsung is all about IoT. I expect connectivity with Samsung Smart Things - ESPECIALLY for this price! An opportunity to add value to offset negatives was missed here. It would be nice to see the battery level from my phone. Receive alerts to say the vacuum is not on the charger, maybe? What about creating a routine that empties the canister at a set time so you do not have to press Start/Stop button to empty? For nerds, include statistics on the battery run time and usage for the lifetime and since the last charge. There could also be filter changes or wash reminders in-app. Even incorporate links to buy bag replacements for the base directly from your phone! So much could have been done in Samsungs already established ecosystem to set them apart but wholly overlooked. The Bespoke Jet performance is comparable to the industry leader and creator of the cordless vacuum, so you aren't getting a secondhand motor or suction performance. It easily cleans hardwood to tile and carpets of all shag heights. It does everything you need, but there is still much room for refinement. Battery life and performance were non-issues until "Jet" mode was enabled for short bursts of high suction. I vacuum my 3-level home on the default "MID" setting with 5 minutes to spare using the floor attachment. I quickly get through vacuuming in less than 25mins, and since this vacuum is always charged, you will always have a fresh battery as long as the base is plugged in. However, if the battery runs out, you must wait for a recharge. I loved this vacuum in the truck and van for an excellent detailing vacuum to touch up in between detailing. It easily cleans in tight areas, and I like the crevice and combo tools for auto interior cleaning. Can I recommend this? No, since there are others better for the money, and there isn't enough value to justify this price. I would buy this only if it was on sale and not pay full price as there is more out there for your money.

5 Beautiful vacuum convenient to use
Posted by Paige Franco on Oct 25th 2024
This vacuum has no business looking as good as it does. We have it sitting pretty out in the open and it doesn’t. stand. out. Suction appears plenty strong as we’re seeing the same amount of stuff getting pulled during our weekly vacuuming. The vacuum base also doubles as a charger and primary receptacle for all the debris. As the handheld fills up, the base will then suction the small canister into a larger reservoir inside the sleek white base. Not too loud, and the filter makes sure the dust doesn’t just fly back into your house as it’s transferring. The one downside to the sleek aesthetic is there aren’t all the attachments (upholstery, crevice, extender, etc) that you typically find included with vacuums. For us, our space is pretty uniform, so thankfully I didn’t find myself missing the attachments. Handle itself is nice and ergonomically designed, with a trigger type handle that spreads the weight out. We’ve noticed no significant loss in cleaning power compared to our older traditional vacuum, and we gained a lot more space saving as well as the covenience of not having to empty the vacuum as much thanks to the base. Highly recommend.

5 What a corker!!
Posted by Rebecca Cruz on Oct 2nd 2024
This thing has some suction!! It gets into all the nooks and crannies - well worth purchasing! it is a little heavier than I thought it would be - but it is so much easier for the stairs, and doing a quick runround the kitchen at the end of the night! My only complain - if you can call it that - there is nowhere to store the tools on the cleaning station - why not?
