3 Wrong Kit Purchased

Not sure to blame Best Buy or Whirlpool on this. I purchased a new microwave from Best Buy and purchased suggested trim kit. When I went to install it would not fit. I contacted Whirlpool and was told this is wrong trim kit for microwave I purchased. Make sure you double check you have correct trim kit for your needs. Best Buy - please note and change on your website

This would have been a 5 Star review but I was a little disappointed that the surround piece was plastic. It looks great but I was surprised with the material.

It perfectly fit the kitchen cabinet and microwave. The only issue(?) i have is that it is made of some kind of plastic, while my old one was stainless steel.

Bought it when I had to replace my microwave. It works well, but it doesn’t sit flush on the cabinet the way the previous version did. It also is plastic vs the previous frame was metal.

This trim kit is good to make the microwave fit as a built in. We had to play with the installation to make sure the microwave door open as it should be. But it’s a good fit. Nice

This trim kit was used for Whirlpool - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Full-Size Microwave - Stainless steel. Originally bought trim kit Whirlpool - Microwave Trim Kit for Most 30" Microwaves - Black-on-Stainless-Steel but it didn't fit. It's a standard trim kit and works great without issues.
