this machine is a beast it cleans extremely well and quick half hour loads I will be purchasing a second one down the road to replace a GE washer that takes hours to wash a single load also this machine is super easy to use

Great “simple” washer for commercial purposes. Washes and cleans great! We’ve had the agitator make loud noises but it has not currently impeded the ability of this washer to work. Will be looking at the commercial drier next!

Delivery date has changed twice. We should now receive it on 04/29/24 — if we are lucky. No one can tell me why it is taking so long. We bought it on 3/9/24.

1 Geek squad protection equals no protection.

We bought this washer with geek squad protection for 5 years. It broke after 3 and we have had the protection company come out two different times since March-May and it has yet to be fixed. Each appt is a week or more out. And they don't care. We have been without a washer for SO long. Will never recommend or purchase this machine again. Or the protection plan that does not work.
