Features
Water Level Selection Choose the water level you need for the cycle you want.
No matter which wash cycle you choose, Water Level Selection lets you select Auto Sensing to adjust water based on load size or the Deep Water Wash option to help break down loose soils with more water.
Smooth Spiral Stainless Steel Wash Basket Help protect fabrics from snagging with this stainless steel wash basket that gently guides clothes during the wash.
Smooth Impeller Make room for large loads and keep clothes in good shape with this specially designed smooth impeller that provides more capacity. (Compared to an agitator washer.)
3.9 cu. ft. Capacity Get the extra space you need to wash bulky items with this 3.9 cu. ft. capacity washer.
Soaking Cycles Soak and wash in one cycle. Skip a trip to the laundry room with Soaking cycles that start washing whites and colors as soon as they're done soaking.
Late Lid Lock Throw clothes in the wash at the last minute with the late lid lock.
Quick Wash Cycle Wash a small, lightly soiled load in as little as 30 minutes with increased spin speeds to remove more water so clothes can spend less time in the dryer. (Based on a 3 lb load.)
Whites Cycle Keep your whites looking their best with a cycle that cleans thoroughly while gently caring for your clothes.
Colors Cycle Care for colored fabrics with a cycle that uses cold water to provide optimal fabric care.
Bulky/Sheets Cycle Takes care of bedding as well as those bulky winter jackets. The washer fills with enough water to wet down the load before the wash cycle begins, then uses a higher water level than other cycles.
Delicates Cycle Clean your delicate items with an intermittent wash action and slow spin speed, to provide everything you'd expect for gentle fabric care.
Extra Rinse Option Ensure dirty loads get the care they need with an extra rinse to wash away any lingering soils or detergent.
Soil Level Selection Choose the right amount of agitation for your fabrics with an option that lets you select the soil level of your load on any cycle, so you get less agitation on light loads and more on full or dirty loads.
Clean Washer with Affresh Cycle Run the affresh cycle every 30 washes with an affresh Washer Cleaner tablet or liquid chlorine bleach to thoroughly clean the inside of your washer.
Designed, Engineered and Assembled in the U.S.A.

4 they don't make them like they used to
Posted by Madison Rodriguez on Nov 25th 2024
This takes some getting used to. You need to read directions and change settings accordingly. Sheets and blankets/quilts have to be on the bulky setting; don't mix towels in with these items especially if its a extra large load b/c everything will no get clean. Doing a "quick" load will never happen again - there's no such thing. I feel like a load now takes an hour. The washer makes so many different noises at first I though it was broken.

5 Great for bulky loads

This machine is great for a busy family and perfect for bedding, etc. No central agitator leaves so much more room. Love the auto water level feature.

5 Whirlpool 3.9 washer
Posted by Michelle Hudson on Nov 19th 2024
First washer didn’t work…just filled and drained. Played with it for a couple days and finally called rep. She decided it was a software issue and replaced it…no problem. This one is working really well! I’m very happy with large capacity and no agitator as it can accommodate my king comforter. Washes great and spins almost dry! Cycle times are reasonable too. Very happy!

5 affordable washer
Posted by Melissa Joseph on Nov 16th 2024
This washer is not the high end one, but the price is also not on the high end. For this price, it has enough functions that one family needs, the capacity is big, can load a whole family's items. I only have it for a month, so far so good, if it can last for 8 years, I would think it's a very good buy.

5 Nice quiet washer
Posted by Laura Hayes on Nov 5th 2024
This washer is much quieter than the G.E washer it replaced. It does make some odd sounds, but I have gotten use to it. Cleans clothes thoroughly, and hasn't torn any fabrics like the old washer did. No agitator so it's easier to load sheets too.

5 Best Buy shipping IS SLOWWWW
Posted by Jennifer Robbins on Oct 25th 2024
The washer works well!!! So simple yet effective. Best Buy shipping on the other hand is atrocious. It took a month to come in & it was beat up and dented so we asked for another one. Took ANOTHER MONTH to get a new one. We went TWO MONTHS with NO WASHER because of how slow Best Buy was.. awful.

3 Not Durable
Posted by Linda Ford on Oct 16th 2024
Doesn't hold a heavy or even a partial heavy load well. Goes off balance frequently. Lately it goes off balance, makes a loud banging noise, jumps several inches and hits up against the dryer. I find the washer crooked by several inches from its place. I have since purchased (Mar 2023) limit what I put in it...like four towels max, one blanket max, half a load max and washer still can't take it. In just asking to request a service repair, I was told Total Tech won't work on it, that manufacturer must be contacted. Ugh! So...will see how that goes!
