We are hook to shark products for our home and everything we get works wonders. Loved this vacuum! Its easy to use and weights nothing. We have two dogs and this helps maintain our sofas clean and fresh!

I was skeptical at first, but Stain Shark absolutely blew me away. We used it to tackle years of deep smoke stains and grime in a 2013 RAV4, and the results were next-level. What took me by surprise was how quickly it worked—within just 2 hours of scrubbing, stains that seemed permanent started vanishing before my eyes. It powered through the toughest spots without damaging the fabric or leaving residue. For a product named ‘Stain Shark,’ this thing definitely lived up to its name—ripping through dirt like a shark in a feeding frenzy. If you’re serious about making a lasting impression on clients or just want your car to look brand new again, this is the tool you need in your detailing kit. 10/10 would recommend!

I love the performance and quality of Shark products - I own several different Shark vacuums and this Spot cleaner delivers the same smart features, great performance, and solid build quality. I already had a larger carpet cleaner, but it is not worth the hassle to set up and clean for anything smaller than a room. This spot cleaner is awesome for small messes and is easy to clean/store when you are done. Pros 1. Solid build. Latches are secure and tanks click in firmly. 2. Compact size easily stores in a cheap 56-qt plastic tote, and it is lite enough to carry around with a large well-balanced handle. 3. Built-in hose and cord storage (one attachment can also be left in place at the end of the hose). 4. Easy to use. Setting up to clean a mess only takes a few minutes and the 2-part formula easily removed stains/dirt from my carpet. 5. Spray trigger allows you to determine how much solution to apply. 6. It has good suction power and leaves carpets almost dry after a couple of passes. 7. 12ft cord is a good length to reach almost any mess from one of my outlets. 8. There is an included attachment (cap) that allows cleaning solution to circulate through the hose and clean it after use - meaning no dirty hose to flush (my favorite feature). 9. Easy to clean. Dirty tank lid flips open to allow rinsing and filters are easy to access with the tank removed (they just pop out for cleaning with water). 10. Dirty tank has a float to stop suction when it is full (it works!). 11. The pet attachment collects solids in a built-in clear container before they reach the hose. Things to Consider 1. This machine requires this a Shark specific 2-part cleaning solution. The included solutions bottles are sample size only (good for only 1-2 uses) and not widely available. I was able to find them on Ninja's website in a larger size, but only a few other stores stock them and I was hoping to find a local store to avoid shipping cost. The model numbers I found for the larger sizes are EXOX32 for the StainStriker OXY Multiplier Formula (32oz) and EXCM48 for Shark CarpetXpert Deep Clean Pro Formula (48oz). 2. No storage for pet attachment (minor for me since I keep everything in a plastic storage tote). 3. It cleans so well that it is easy to get carried away, but this really is a spot cleaner - small tanks and manual scrubbing limit the area it can clean to about a 5ft by 5ft square (for dirty carpet).

Absolutely love this little thing! So compact but so powerful. Even had a minor flooding mishap and it sucked it right up! Plus perfect for any pet stains that come up.

I'll give Shark credit where credit is due. It's not easy to make a portable vacuum shampoo system that is also user friendly and light weight. In this regard, Shark did a good job. The vacuum is pretty easy to snap the few connections together and the tanks you need to fill have good disconnects on them that don't leak more than a drop or two. When using the unit, you'll find that the biggest handle, which you'll use the most often, gives step by step instructions on how to spray, scrub, and remove the water. So far this is easy as the sprayer has good pressure and the rubber scrubbing fingers really do well to loosen up hair, fibers, and other gunk in the carpet. However, the suction part has a lot to be desire. The suction pieces all have 2 big flaws. Flaw one is that the opening on the floor is not flat. This means that no matter how you place the handle on the floor, you'll never get complete suction power. The other is that the clear plastic snap on piece has no real seal to the handle. It's plastic on plastic, with no gasket, so the vacuum will take the path of least resistance and start sucking air from the top of the plastic. I'm hoping Shark fixes this with a design revision as I really love the cleanable filter cartridge which catches hair and large particles. I also wish this unit had a water heating option. It would have added more weight, but as this unit is corded, the power draw would have been manageable and warmed water would help with stubborn pet stains. All in all, while I find this unit usable, their are other units out there that will likely serve your needs better in the same price range.
